When the tea touches the lips the intensity fades away leaving a soothing and umami flavour, carrying all the way to the back of the palette and beyond.

These leaves love a hot 100 degree brew over and over, even allowing some wriggle room for brew times.
Best enjoyed Gong fu over at least 4 cups, time taken to really settle in.
